Susan was born raised in New York and now resides in Northeastern Pennsylvania with her husband. Susan has been in the hearing industry since 2000 and holds professional licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has been a member of the Hearing Center team since 2010. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
